Why your team should come

Two days, four outcomes. A working prototype, hands-on support, peers across the portfolio, a clear next step.

  • Prototype

A working AI prototype in 24 hours.

Pick a real problem your team is already trying to solve. Leave Paris with a prototype you can pilot within weeks, not slides about an intention.

    Outcome

A working build you can demo on day one.

  • Support

AI experts and Google engineers on the floor with you.

Google Cloud engineers and AI mentors stay in the room with your team. Architecture review, code guidance, and direct help when you hit a wall, from people who use this stack every day.

    Outcome

Questions answered in minutes, not days.

  • Network

Meet your peers across the Eurazeo portfolio.

Spend two days alongside teams from other Eurazeo companies who are working on similar problems. Trade what you have learned, swap notes on what worked, and leave with people you can call when the next question comes up.

    Outcome

Peers you can reach out to after the event.

  • Proof Point

    Something concrete to take forward.

Walk away with a validated use case, a clear read on feasibility, and a defined next step. Trade an abstract idea for a concrete plan you can act on at home.

    Outcome

A working artifact and a plan you can use.

The full arc

Prepare, build, sustain. A program that starts before July and continues into the autumn.

Preparation before so teams arrive with a clear problem, and structured follow-up after so the work keeps moving.

Mid-June 2026

July 9 & 10, 2026

August through November 2026

Phase 01 · Prepare

Two remote enablement sessions in mid-June so teams arrive in Paris ready to build.

  • Team intake: CEO-endorsed problem statement logged.
  • Hackathon walkthrough: event logistics, how to get the most out of the two days, and how to scope your project.
  • Google enablement session: how to use Google Cloud and Gemini for your build, run by the Google team.

Phase 02 · Build

Twenty-four hours of focused build at Google Paris.

  • Kickoff and team briefing -- Thursday evening.
  • Prototype sprint with mentor drop-ins -- through Friday.
  • Demos and judging -- Friday afternoon.
  • Partner and peer close -- end of Friday.

Phase 03 · Sustain

30-day readouts for every team, with ongoing support through the fall.

  • 30-day readout meeting (all teams) by Aug 31.
  • Ongoing support and case material capture through Nov 15.
