Two days at Google Paris.

Thursday opens with arrivals and kickoff, then an evening working session. Friday is the full build, demos, and close. The block-by-block schedule below is the current plan.

Thursday, July 9 -- Kickoff

  1. 16:00 - 16:30

    Arrivals and welcome reception

    Check-in, badges, welcome drinks, and mingling. Bag and suitcase storage next door.

  2. 16:30 - 17:00

    Welcome and kickoff

    Eurazeo operating partners and Google Cloud open the hackathon: program, format, and why.

  3. 17:15 - 22:45

    Team working session (including informal dinner)

    Teams settle in and work together; mentors on hand for questions. Dinner, drinks, and snacks available from 7 PM.

  4. 22:45 - 23:00

    Close and head out

    Wrap for the evening. Agents keep running overnight.

The venue closes around 11 PM Thursday and reopens Friday morning per Google security policy, so there is no overnight work on-site. Agents keep running overnight.

Friday, July 10 -- Build, demos, close

  1. 08:00 - 09:00

    Doors open and breakfast

    Breakfast, coffee, and snacks on-site; teams settle in.

  2. 09:00 - 12:30

    Build sprint - morning

    Focused build with engineers and AI mentors roving from a mentor desk. By mid-morning each team picks the one thing they will demo.

  3. 12:30 - 13:30

    Working lunch

    Catered lunch on-site; mentors stay available.

  4. 13:30 - 14:30

    Build sprint - afternoon

    Continued build before the freeze.

  5. 14:30 - 15:00

    Build freeze and demo prep

    Finalize the five-minute demo and submit decks.

  6. 15:00 - 15:45

    Team demos

    Roughly three-minute demos at table clusters; judge pairs score.

  7. 15:45 - 16:00

    Finalists picked

    Judges select the top five. Teams break and network.

  8. 16:00 - 16:45

    Finalist showcase

    Top five teams present a five-minute demo plus a two-minute Q&A on the main stage.

  9. 16:45 - 17:00

    Awards and close

    Winners announced and celebrated; closing remarks.
